Our 100ml plastic bottles are extensively tested in our laboratory to ensure the highest possible quality for our customers. Our PET bottles have a standard clear, transparent color but can be produced in any desired color.
The 20/415 neck of the 100ml PET bottle makes it possible to supply many different closures. The closures used and produced by us are: dosing caps, screw caps and/or aluminum caps that are specially made for our Sharp Cylindrical 100ml PET bottle.

All our PET bottles can be made sustainable by using recycled material. It is a sustainable solution for the standard 100ml PET bottle, in the same quality, but made of recycled material. In terms of material composition, we provide the flexibility to opt for recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate (rPET) as an eco-conscious choice. Additionally, we offer High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and its recycled variant (rHDPE), thereby ensuring a breadth of material attributes tailored to meet your specific needs.
When it comes to coloration, we offer unparalleled versatility. Our virgin 100ml PET bottles can be produced in any specified color hue, extending from translucent options to completely opaque finishes, thus fulfilling a wide array of aesthetic and functional demands.

Decoration options for the 100ml PET bottles

Finger sprayers or plastic caps for the 100ml PET bottle
Frapak Packaging has produced several closures for the 100ml PET bottle. These closures consist of many different plastic caps, which can also be supplied in any colour.
We also have plastic soap pumps and lotion pumps for our 100ml plastic bottles.
Finally, we also have finger sprayers that can be used as a fine mist sprayer. All our own closures have been extensively tested on all our 100ml plastic bottles. There are various leak tests carried out and in addition there has been extensive testing for performance under very high pressure.
