Can we order below your MOQ?

Regrettably, we are unable to fulfill orders below the minimum order quantity (MOQ) stated on our website. Each product has its own specified MOQ, and we kindly ask that orders meet or exceed this requirement.

Do you deliver to every country?

We primarily conduct business with countries within the European Union (EU). We do make an exception for the United Kingdom and the Nothern Ireland, where we also deliver our products.

Can we order samples?

Certainly! If you're interested in our products, simply submit a "Quote request" on our website, and we will gladly send you samples. Alternatively, you can also send us an email with your company details and the specific products you would like to receive samples of. We'll ensure that you receive the requested samples promptly.

Do you have stock items?

Indeed, we maintain a substantial inventory of stock items. These items are available in both virgin and recycled materials, providing you with a wide range of options to choose from for your packaging needs.

Can you deliver your products quickly?

Absolutely! When it comes to standard products, we have them readily available in our stocks, enabling us to deliver them quickly. You can count on a swift supply directly from our inventory to meet your urgent requirements.

Where do you produce your products?

In our commitment to sustainability and maintaining high quality standards, we produce all of our products in Europe. By doing so, we aim to minimize our carbon footprint associated with transportation while ensuring our products meet the desired quality standards.

How many offices do you have?

We have a total of 5 offices, 5 distribution locations, 3 production plants, and 4 local sales offices, all conveniently situated within the European Union (EU). You can find the contact details for these offices on our contact page.

Can we visit your location?

You are welcome to visit our locations upon request. We have established a Packaging eXperience at our headquarters in the Netherlands, specifically designed to provide you with the first-hand experience you're looking for. Please let us know your preferred date and time, and we will arrange a visit for you.

Do you have coloured products on stock, like blue or green.

Unfortunately, we do not keep coloured products in stock. However, we have the capability to produce products in a wide range of over a thousand different colours. As such, we are unable to stock all colours but can accommodate your specific colour requirements through our production process.

Can I receive technical drawings?

Absolutely! Our sales team will gladly assist you in obtaining any technical drawings you may need. Please reach out to them with your request, and they will provide you with the necessary technical drawings promptly.

Can I receive product data sheets, ISO certificates etc.?

Certainly! We are more than happy to provide you with product data sheets, ISO certificates, and any other additional data you may require. Just let us know what specific information you need, and we'll promptly assist you.

Can you send us your pricelist and price scale?

Apologies, but we are unable to provide a pricelist or price scale as our articles are calculated on a DDP/DAP basis. Please contact our sales team for specific pricing details and they will be happy to assist you.

Can I receive the packaging details like pallet plan, heights etc.?

Absolutely! We are more than happy to share comprehensive packaging details, including pallet plans, heights, tray/box specifications, and measurements. Just let us know your order, and we'll provide you with all the information you need.
