Frapak is supplier of E-liquid bottles and E-closures. Total white and black closures come with the E-liquid tip which is long and narrow and designed specifically for use in filling and refilling e-cigarette cartridges.

Completing the E-smoke pack, the stocking programme also provides 10 ml transparent PET bottles. With a 10 ml e-liquid bottle the e-cigarette can be refilled about 5 times.

The E-cigarette bottles are produced by single stage Nissei machines and supplied in carton boxes with an HDPE bag containing 4,000pcs. The minimum order quantity is 32,000 pcs.

Frapak supplies E-liquid bottles with specially designed closures. Our 10 ml PET bottles have been developed exclusively for refilling of e-cigarettes and are available in 3 different models.

The slimmest one has a diameter of 19.5 mm which means the bottle cap is almost in line with the E-liquid cap. The medium-sized bottle has a diameter of 21 mm which makes it slightly bigger than the e-cigarette cap. The widest model is shorter and has a diameter of 23.5 mm ensuring good stability.

The neck of the e-smoke bottle has a diameter of 13mm and features a pilfer-proof ring.

Our E-liquid bottles are supplied with specially-developed child-resistant e-smoke closures. This cap is made of 3 parts.

The outer part is constructed in PP and feature ribs for easy unscrewing. As most of the closures are used for Nicotine-rich liquids, the outer cap has an engraved warning triangle.

The inner cap is made of HDPE; it has been designed to match the demands of the e-liquid market and includes a tamper proof drop-band.

The long and slim dropper made of LDPE can fill any type of electronic cigarette and is supplied in pre-assembled form allowing one step capping of the e-closure. Special ribs inside the cap prevent the need to apply pressure during the capping process which increases production efficiency.

The stocking programme of the e-liquid closures comprises 2 standard colours. Completely black or white closures are supplied with an E-liquid tip which is long and narrow and designed specifically for use in the filling and refilling of e-cigarette cartridges.

The standard packaging is carton boxes with an HDPE bag containing a total of 5,000 pcs. The minimum order quantity is 50,000 pcs.
